MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — It may be a mouthful of words but it's one heck of a wonderful mouthful, and then some, of amazing cuisine, all made at the hands of female chefs and/or in women-owned restaurants.

That's the focus and glory of the newly formed RE:Her charitable organization, which has a huge agenda. These women are ready to make it all come true — incredible dishes, exposure to cultural cuisines, support for one another and guidance and scholarships for the young women following in their shoes.

As one of the nine founders of RE:Her, Manhattan Beach's Sylvie Gabriele has been able to help set the tone, the agenda, the underbelly of the organization. She has been a RestaurantHer, as they call women in their organization, for all of her life. As a child, she spent weekends with her father Guy, at his Cafe Pierre in Downtown Manhattan Beach, which underwent a transformation under her hand when it became Love & Salt.

This Sunday, Jan. 24, Gabriele has the pleasure and foresight of offering the "We Love HER" Boozy Brunch from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. It features a collaborative menu by the women of: Love & Salt, Hotville Chicken, Rossoblu, porridge + puffs, Gasolina Cafe, Socalo, All Day Baby, Little House Confections, The Gourmandise School, AMASS Gin, Yola Mezcal and Cafecita Coffee. And, as an added bonus, there's "How to Make Cacio e Pepe at Home" (virtually!) with Semolina Artisanal Pasta and Hotville Chicken.

Orders for the "We Love HER" Boozy Brunch is sold out, demonstrating how popular this collaborative menu is. But if you'd like to see what you are missing, here are the menus.
